![]() If you know you have to get up early, go to bed early and if you need aid, try melatonin or CBD, both amazing natural sleep aids, try and avoid pharma at all costs. So how are you? Did you sleep well? I got my eight hours a key to my clarity and wellbeing. My Queen is still asleep I’m up a little earlier than usual, I’ve got a 7:30, I needed some extra time, I have no problems getting up when I get my rest. I intend to challenge your thoughts, open your mind, and encourage thoughts in a multitude of colors not just black and white. ![]()
